At the center of the lineup is the new M850L mouse, the first Logitech mouse to feature an integrated palm cushion. The soft support pad is designed to improve comfort during long workdays that involve extended scrolling, writing, video meetings, and constant desktop use.

According to Logitech, the development process involved months of experimentation with materials, texture, and sizing before finalizing the design. Internal user testing reportedly showed that nine out of ten participants still felt comfortable at the end of the workday, while seven out of ten reported feeling more productive when using the mouse.

Beyond the palm cushion, the M850L includes familiar Signature-series features such as a sculpted ergonomic shape, rubber side grips, thumb support, and SmartWheel scrolling that switches between precise and high-speed navigation modes. Quiet-click buttons help reduce noise in shared environments, while Easy Switch support allows connection to up to three devices simultaneously. Battery life is rated for up to two years.

The companion product in the lineup is the MK880 keyboard combo, which follows the same comfort-oriented approach. Logitech says the dual-foam palm rest provides 70% more palm support compared to the earlier K650 model. Users can also adjust typing angles between 0, 4, and 8 degrees for better ergonomics during long sessions.

The keyboard includes dedicated microphone mute and video toggle keys designed for video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Logitech has also added an AI Launch Key that can instantly open AI tools including ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini, with customization handled through the Logi Options+ software platform.

The Signature Comfort Plus series reflects how peripheral design is adapting to modern work habits. Rather than focusing purely on performance specifications, Logitech is emphasizing physical comfort, multitasking efficiency, and quick access to communication tools for users spending long hours working from home or shared spaces.
