The new stamps are part of a 12-year series that kicked off in 2020 with the Year of the Rat. The horse is the seventh animal in the Chinese Zodiac.

The stamp sets feature two graphical illustrations of the “adventurous” horse and come in two denominations - First Local (S%%%~COMPRESS~TEXTAREA~1~%%%.62) and S$2.

The First Local horse‑themed stamps will be available for sale at all post offices across Singapore from Friday. The full range of horse‑themed philatelic products will be available at the philatelic stores at the General Post Office and Tampines, and on SingPost’s website.

You can buy pre-cancelled first day covers with the complete set of stamps, cancelled with a special Zodiac Horse postmark, for S$4.85.

For collectors, SingPost has also produced a special Collector’s Sheet. This Collector’s Sheet highlights the traits of those born in the Horse years (1966, 1978, 1990, 2002, 2014, and 2026). The Collector’s Sheet is priced at $19.15 and includes a set of eight red packets.
