The 4th World Record Meeting was held in New Delhi, India


( The 4th Meeting of World Record Holders was held on the morning of September 11th, 2022, at Siri Fort Auditorium in New Delhi, India, with the attendance of many leaders from the world's national record organizations.

The 4th Record Holders Meeting is hosted by the India Book of Records (IBR). The event was attended by leaders from national record organizations from all over the world. 

On behalf of the leadership of Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings), the meeting was attended by Dr. Le Doan Hop - Chairman of the Vietnam Record-Setting Council (VietKings); Dr. Thang Van Phuc - Chairman of the Vietnam Record Association (VietKings); Cosmonaut - Lieutenant General Pham Tuan – Chairman of the Celestial Sphere of Records - SPHERE.6;  Mr. Le Tran Truong An – Deputy Secretary General of WorldKings and General Director of Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings); Mrs. Nguyen Hoang Anh – Director of Research Institute of Complimentary Health Sciences (R.I.C.H.S); Mr. Hoang Thai Tuan Anh - General Secretary of the  Indochina Book of Records (IndochinaKings); Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuong Van – Head of International Relations Division  of Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings). 

On behalf of the international delegation, the meeting welcomed the attendance of Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury – Chairman of the World Records Union (WorldKings); Mr. Osmar Susilo - General Director of Museum Rekor Dunia Indonesia (MURI); Mr. Ponijan Liauw – President of Indonesian Professional Speakers Association (IPSA); Mrs. Neerja Roy Chowdhury - Executive Director of India Book of Records (IBR); Sir Thomas Richard William Bain - Co-Founder and Principal of World Records University (WRU); Professor Mac Bia- Representative of USA Records Organization (USKings), Mr. Deepak Chandra Sen - General Director of Nepal Book of Records.

The 4th World Record Holders Meeting provides world record holders with a forum for networking, education, experience sharing, and the promotion of record-related principles. In addition to honoring Asian and World Record holders, the event is also an occasion to honor Honorary Doctorates and Honorary Professors. They are world record holders who have made substantial contributions to the social community and have added great value to the world record holder community.

On this occasion, the World Records Union (WorldKings) announced the release of WorldKings 2023, the most recent edition featuring a wealth of fascinating record content. 

Mrs. Neerja Roy Chowdhury - Executive Director of India Book of Records (IBR) spoke briefly regarding the 4th Meeting of Record Holders, which was hosted by IBR.

The event was officially opened by Leaders from national record organizations from around the globe.

Dr. Nguyen Hoang Anh , Mrs. Mac Bia and Mrs.Theresa Quach awarded World Record to Jyash Tholia- the youngest to sing the maximum national anthems of different countries (more than 100 national anthems

Jyash Tholia, a 9-year-old Indian child record holder, opened the event by singing Vietnam's national anthem in Vietnamese.

Leaders from national record organizations awarded World Records certificates to Indian record holders.


In order to honor individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the practice and validation of record results as well as to the development of the record holders’ global community, the World Records University (WRU) has awarded Honorary Professor degrees to 02 individuals from Vietnam and 48 Honorary Doctorates to record holders from around the world.

The 4th World Record Holders Meeting brings together world record holders to trade, learn, and admire exceptional talents from across the world.

At the event, the Asia Book of Records (ABR) celebrated several new remarkable Asian records in recent years. 

Mr. Ponijan Liauw – Chairman of Indonesia Professional Speakers Association (IPSA) and Sir Thomas Richard William Bain - Co-Founder and Principal of World Records University (WRU) awarded the Asia Record certificates to the Vietnamese individuals and units.


At the event, World Records University (WRU) honored 50 record-holders for their extraordinary contributions and achievements.

Leaders of the Vietnam Records Organization awarded Honorary Professor Certificates and Honorary Doctorate Degrees to world record holders.
