After careful consideration, Appraisal Council of WorldKings finally approved 05 application for world records of Vietnamese cuisine, as follow :

      1. Vietnam - The country owns the most “strand and broth” dishes in the world. (There are 164 dishes and being continually updated)

      2. Vietnam - The country owns the most kinds of Mắm (salted fish) and dishes make from Mắm with typical favors in the world. (There are 100 dishes and being continually updated)

       3. Vietnam - The country owns the world’s most dishes make from flowers. (There are 272 dishes make from 43 different flowers and being continually updated)

        4. Vienam - The country owns the most kinds of speical roll in the world. (There are 103 dishes and being continually updated)

        5. Vietnam - The country owns the world’s most dishes make from rice flour. (There are 143 dishes and being continually updated)

The decision to recognize 05 new world records of Vietnamese cuisine signed by WorldKings takes affect from August 29, 2020. Pictures and detailed information of Vietnamese dishes will be updated on WorldKings' global media in the shortest time.

In early of September 2020, all information related to the 05 World Records of Vietnamese cuisine will be released on the media of World Records Union (WorldKings) globally to help Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) promote Vietnamese culinary values to the world.
