Based on the content values as well as the ceaseless hard working and creativity journey of record holder Truong Han Minh in the field of ink wash painting and his charitable contributions to the community and society, the Council of World Records Union (WorldKings) - World Record Content Academy (WRCA) decided to award Golden Plate of Dedication for Record Value to record holder Truong Han Minh with the desire to acknowledge and appreciate the record values he has devoted to Vietnamese record holder community in particular and social community in general.

Artist - Record holder Truong Han Minh was born in 1951, considered "a great tree" of the art of ink painting in Vietnam and the world. From a young age, he showed his talent and passion for painting through brush pen. Artist Truong Han Ming himself had to leave painting for a long time to make a living for his large family, he also tried oil and watercolor painting, but eventually fell in love with the art of ink painting.

His paintings are liberal, sometimes soothing and sometimes strong. The bright colors mixed with deep colors make the pictures reach a beautiful peak.

Lawyer Nguyen Van Vien - Director of Vietnam Intellectual Property Institute, a member of WorldKings's Council awarded Golden Plate to Record holder Truong Han Minh.
