• DR.NGO QUANG XUAN - A member of the Council of World Records Union (WorldKings), Vice-chairman of Vietnam Record Association and permanent member of Vietnam Record Acknowledgement Board (VietKings); Dr.Ngo Quang Xuan has made great contributions to advising to successfully granted many valuable contents’ records for Vietnam. In addition, he is also made important contributions to introducing and promoting the cultural and culinary values of Vietnamese Records to the Vietnamese community around the world.
• DR.TRAN NGOC TANG - A Vice-chairman of Vietnam Record Association and permanent member of Vietnam Record Acknowledgement Board (VietKings); Mr.Tran Ngoc Tang has made great contributions to advising to successfully granted many valuable contents’ records for Vietnam. In addition, he is also made important contributions to introducing and promoting record values of Record Organizations to the Vietnamese community.
• MR.LE VAN DUNG (Director of Dung Tan Ltd. Company) - With extraordinary willpower and energy, Entrepreneur Le Van Dung overcame many challenges to step by step successfully build the brand of Dung Tan gemstone painting, becoming the owner of many Vietnamese and Asian records. He has made enormous contributions to sponsoring and promoting many Record events, contributing to the development of Vietnamese record holders’ community in recent years

Dr. Le Doan Hop - Former Minister of Information and Communications, Chairman of the Vietnam Record Acknowledgement Council and Dr. Thang Van Phuc - Former Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Chairman of the Vietnam Record Association, were delegated to award the Golden Plate of Dedicate for Record Values to related individuals. 

• WORLD RECORD HOLDER DAO XUAN TINH - World record holder - Collector Dao Xuan Tinh has taken great pains to complete : “The world’s largest collection of Peugeot bikes made in France” for over 20 years with many cultural and historical values. He has also made enormous contributions to sponsoring and promoting many Record events, and playing a vital role in the development of Vietnamese record holders’ community in recent years and development of WorldKings worldwide.
• RECORD HOLDER NGUYEN XUAN HOA - As a Deputy of Northern Representative Office of Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings); Deputy Secretary General of Global Vietnamese Records Organization (VietWorld) and representative in charge of VietWorld in North Vietnam, Mr.Nguyen Xuan Hoa has made great contributions to seeking, nominating, supporting the application process to successfully establish many Vietnamese records, and connecting to widely promote the values of Vietnam Records to the community.
