Mr.Luu Duy Dan, a chairman of Vietnam Association of Crafts Villages (VICRAFTS), has made great contributions in mustering and uniting the artisans, craft villages, economic and cultural organizations, managers, agencies for training and research, etc. By doing so, he has restored, developed, preserved and enhanced craft villages in Vietnam.

This helped pave the way for Vietnam’s craft villages to be integrated and developed worldwide. Mr.Luu Duy Dan was also a proposer of many record products from craft villages. His proposals of new mechanisms and policies served to support and improve the product’s value and cultural aspects. As a result, this helped assist the record artisans in expanding the consumer market for craft village products.

For the great and noble dedications of Mr.Luu Duy Dan, and through the nomination of Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings), the Council of World Record Content Academy (WRCA) – a member of World Records Union (WorldKings) has officially announced the honor of valuable content dedications to Mr.Luu Duy Dan - Chairman of Vietnam Association of Crafts Villages (VICRAFTS).
