Record holder Man Ngoc Anh spent a lot of enthusiasm for the construction of historic relic clusters in Bac Ninh province with a total investment of more than 800 billion VND.
He has researched and refined the cultural quintessence of Buddhism in Vietnam and around the world to incorporate into the designs of Thanh Quang Pagoda, Vajrayana Dai Bi Tower. Vajrayana Dai Bi Tower in Thanh Quang pagoda is considered to be a unique stupa in Vietnam with 15 floors, possessing dozens of Vietnamese records and 02 World Records. Vajrayana Dai Bi Tower has the world’s largest system of 158 gold-plated bronze statues, and 108 automatic bells ringing out simultaneously at one toll. This is also the Buddhist stupa that holds the most records in Vietnam.

With such great contributions, the World Creators Federation (WCF) officially recognized the record of Man Ngoc Anh as one of the members of WCF. 

Dr. Thang Van Phuc- former Deputy Minister of Department of Home Affairs, the President of the Vietnam Records Association awarded the golden plate and the member badge of the World Creators Federation (WCF) to record holder Man Ngoc Anh

The Federation of World Creators, under the World Records Union (WorldKings) also acknowledged the dedication of record holder Man Ngoc Anh and awarded the Golden Plate for his creations and great contributions.
