The Best Brand Awards, now being presented for the seventh time in Belgium, are the result of a large-scale, multi-sectoral customer survey conducted directly by Communications Agency Serviceplan and Market Research Agency GfK.
The unique concept of the best brands measures the strength of a brand based on a two-dimensional study conducted by GfK (5,000 Homes and 350 Brands Analysis): actual financial success in the market (wallet share) and consumer emotional impact. And all of this without jury intervention.
