WORLDKINGS - Worldkings News - Asia Records Institute (ASRI) Ozone: World’s highest rooftop bar

( The highest rooftop bar in the world is 484 meters above ground level.

The International Commerce Centre (abbreviated ICC) is a 118-storey, 484 m commercial skyscraper completed in 2010 in West Kowloon, Hong Kong. As of June 2019, it is the world's 12th tallest building by height, the world's 9th tallest building by the number of floors, as well as the tallest building in Hong Kong, and also the 6th tallest building within China if territories are included.

Notable amenities include the 312 rooms at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is a Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company five-star hotel, located on the top floors of the International Commerce Centre.

The hotel occupies the 102nd to 118th floors of the building and was the world's highest hotel from 2011-2019. The hotel features both a bar (called Ozone) and a pool located on the 118th floor, which is the highest bar and swimming pool in the world, at 484 meters above ground level.

Designed by Masamichi Katayama, the bar’s large space is split up into an open-air terrace, a long marble bar with stools, lounge areas, and a mini sushi restaurant. The glass-paneled terrace offers almost dizzying views over Victoria Bay and Hong Kong Island – at 8 pm, ICC Tower lights up with vibrant designs as part of the Symphony of Lights shows.

OZONE Bar Hong Kong is accessible via metro at Kowloon Station on the Tung Chung Line. An elevator at the ground entrance of ICC takes you to the lobby level of the Ritz-Carlton, located on the 103rd floor. From there, take the OZONE elevator to the 118th floor, where you’ll arrive at OZONE Bar Hong Kong.

For those who love rooftops, or actually for everyone, Ozone Hong Kong sky bar is a 'must visit' in Hong Kong. It’s an extraordinary experience, which is quite pricey, but with the views and a great ambiance, also well worth it.
