Phung Phong achieved the world record with its title "The person who knows the national flags of 198 countries in the world and can memorize their position within the shortest time when they are accidentally arranged."

There were 198 small mica boards of 198 national flags and 2 bigger boards to contain all of the boards of national flags. Organization Board prepared them. Moreover, National Flags of 198 countries in the world were accidentally arranged by the Record Witness Committee, guests and newsmans.

After that, Phong tried to memorize positions of 198 national flags within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the Record Witness Committee, guests and newsmans alternatively gave a number from 1 to 198 and requested Phong to speak the name of country at this position.

During the world record attempt (after 30 minutes for memorizing positions of 198 national flags) , Phong did not look at the place of 198 national flags. Finally, he successfully set this world record of memory.
