The recognition was presented at the 55th Convocation of Vietnamese Record Holders at the 272 Vo Thi Sau Convention Center in Vietnam, marking a significant milestone for TH’s long-standing development of an integrated, technology-driven dairy production model. First established by TH in 2020, the World Record has been continuously maintained by the company to date. More than simply reflecting the scale of its dairy farming operations, the record highlights an integrated production system in which technology is applied across the entire value chain - from feed cultivation and dairy farming to milk collection, processing and finished products.

An Integrated Dairy Production Model
Established on February 24, 2009, in Nghe An, TH MILK FOOD JOINT STOCK COMPANY is part of TH Group and operates the group’s dairy farming system, which forms the first link in the production chain behind the TH true MILK brand. The company has developed its dairy operations around a closed-loop model designed to connect agricultural production, livestock management and food processing within a unified system. The model covers the development of feed-growing areas, high-tech dairy farming, milk collection and processing, creating an integrated chain from farm to finished product.

The TH dairy farm complex in Nghia Dan, Nghe An, comprises multiple centralized farms and associated feed-production areas. During the initial phase, the project covered approximately 8,100 hectares, including farm facilities and fields dedicated to growing feed for the herd.
More than 2,200 hectares are devoted to Guinea Mombasa grass, alongside areas cultivating corn, sorghum and sunflower. Feed production is highly mechanized, covering soil preparation, planting, crop care and harvesting. Green forage and concentrated feed are then transported to the feed-processing facility, where they are formulated according to Total Mixed Ration (TMR) specifications. The facility has a processing capacity of approximately 2,000 tonnes of cattle feed per day.
Technology Across the Farm-to-Factory Chain
Technology is embedded throughout TH’s dairy production system. The company uses herd-management platforms including Afifarm from Israel and Uniform-Agri from the Netherlands, alongside veterinary and disease-management technologies from New Zealand. Water treatment systems include technologies from Amiad of Israel and Pentair of the Netherlands, while wastewater and waste-treatment solutions draw on technologies from several countries, including the Netherlands, Singapore, the United States, Austria and Germany.

An automated, closed milking system provides a direct link between dairy herd management and milk collection, helping maintain controlled conditions throughout the process. Since 2019, TH has also applied in-vitro fertilization (IVF) technology in dairy cattle breeding, with the aim of improving genetic efficiency and preserving valuable genetic resources. Together, these technologies form an integrated production infrastructure in which farming, livestock management, resource use and milk collection operate as interconnected components rather than as separate stages.
From Fresh Milk to a Diversified Product Portfolio
The closed-loop model extends beyond the farm. Fresh milk produced at the TH dairy farms serves as the primary input for the company’s processing operations. The TH Clean Fresh Milk Factory in Nghia Dan operates 30 automated production lines, with an annual processing capacity of approximately 500 million liters. Building on its core fresh milk products, TH has expanded its portfolio to include pasteurized and UHT milk, yogurt, ice cream, butter and cheese, as well as plant-based and functional beverage lines. Its broader product ecosystem includes TH true NUT, TH true OAT, TH true TEA, TH true JUICE, TH true RICE, TH true WATER, TH true HERBAL, TH true JUICE milk, TH true FOOD and TH true FORMULA. This expansion reflects the company’s strategy of developing an integrated food-production ecosystem built around its core dairy operations.

A World Record Built on Long-Term Continuity
The World Record presented by WorldKings in 2026 recognizes not only the physical scale of TH’s centralized dairy farm complex, but also the continuity of a production model that TH has developed and maintained over many years. Since establishing the World Record in 2020, TH has continued to maintain the record, providing a long-term demonstration of its high-tech, closed-loop approach to dairy production. The recognition therefore represents more than a single measure of farm size. It reflects the integration of agricultural land, feed production, livestock management, milk collection, processing technology and product development within one interconnected value chain - an approach that has become a defining feature of TH’s development in Vietnam’s high-tech dairy and agricultural sector
