The program, initiated by the Vietnamese Women Connecting the World LETA’SCON group, was not only a meaningful community activity rich in humanistic value but also a tribute to the graceful and elegant beauty of Vietnamese women in traditional ao dai. Through the event, the image of “Trong Mai Islet” - an iconic tourism symbol of Ha Long Bay - was widely introduced to both domestic and international audiences, contributing to the promotion of Vietnam’s majestic and distinctive natural beauty.
From early morning on April 11, the Ha Long International Cruise Port area came alive with vibrant colors and energy as more than 1,900 women from the Vietnamese Women Connecting the World LETA’SCON group gathered at the venue. Dressed in pure white ao dai and traditional conical hats, participants created a vivid and captivating scene that was both elegant and deeply rooted in national identity. The event quickly attracted the attention of numerous visitors to Ha Long Bay, particularly international tourists, creating a striking highlight for local tourism activities.
