Ulyanovsk Vostochny Airport (IATA: ULY, ICAO: UWLW) is a major airport located about 28 kilometers northeast of the city of Ulyanovsk in western Russia. Built during the Soviet era, the airport was originally developed to support the production, testing, and delivery of large aircraft manufactured by the Aviastar aircraft plant.
