The event brought together participants representing 50 different professions, alongside people from multiple generations and various community groups. This broad representation of professional backgrounds became the defining feature of the event and earned it recognition from MURI.
More than a recreational walk, Funwalk Green Democracy DPD RI was designed to promote togetherness, healthy living, and national unity. By encouraging people from diverse occupations to participate in the same activity, the event demonstrated how cooperation and social solidarity can be strengthened through simple but meaningful community engagement.
According to the organizers, the program reflected the spirit of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika ("Unity in Diversity"), Indonesia's national motto. The gathering of participants from different professions and generations illustrated how diversity can be translated into real action through collaboration and shared public activities.
The fun walk also served as a symbol of collective responsibility for public health while fostering stronger relationships among people from different sectors of society. Walking together highlighted the importance of mutual respect, inclusiveness, and cooperation in building a healthier and more united nation.
With representatives from 50 professions taking part, the event fulfilled the criteria for recognition by MURI (Indonesian World Records Museum) as the largest fun walk in terms of cross-profession participation. The record celebrates not only the diversity of its participants but also the values of health, solidarity, and unity that the event sought to promote.
