The Rubber Ducky World Museum, often cited as the world’s first rubber duck museum, was founded by Neil and Krystal King in July 2024, originally in Point Roberts, Washington. Due to high demand and border logistics, it relocated to Tsawwassen Mills, BC, Canada, in late 2025.

The museum features over 3,000 items, including many older and rare ducks, which consist of two used by rubber duck aficionado Ernie in episodes of Sesame Street.

The mission of the Rubber Ducky World Museum is to bring rubber ducks and people together for enjoyment, discovery, and learning while providing an educational experience of the history of rubber ducks through the museum’s collection and preservation.
