Opor ayam is a well-known traditional Indonesian dish, especially associated with the Eid al-Fitr (Lebaran) celebration. It consists of chicken cooked in coconut milk with a blend of spices such as lemongrass, galangal, garlic, and coriander, resulting in a rich yet mild flavor.
